Location Information

When using navigation services from one place to another or transportation services, we collect accurate location data about the journeyfrom the TaxiAlaan application used by the driver. We may also get your approximate location through yourdevice IP address. All these features in the application aims to facilitate the process of accessing your location and provide protection for your movements anytime anywhere.

TaxiAlaan application collects service data related to your use of the application, including the type of service requested, the date and time of service delivery, the amount of fees, the distance traveled, and other related transaction data. In addition, if someone uses a promotional code, we may associate your name with that person.

This application (TaxiAlaan) provides technical services and facilitates communication between customers and vehicles, and we are not responsible for any of the legal, technical and mechanical aspects of vehicles, and that the owner of the vehicle or driver or both are responsible for the application of and commitment to the laws and regulations.
